Surah Al-Baqarah, 152

فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ
وَاشْكُرُوا لِي وَلَا تَكْفُرُونِ

'So remember Me;
I will remember you'

NAFS (SOUL) GUIDANCE

According to the Qur’an, the nafs is the self to which the human being refers when saying, “I.” It is the self that is tested, makes choices, and is held responsible for its actions. The human being is a whole formed through the body, the spirit that gives life to the body, and the nafs that experiences this life personally. Within this human wholeness, the nafs is the self through which personality, inner inclinations, emotions, thoughts, desires, choices, and reactions become manifest.

Nafs Guidance can help you recognise how the nafs thinks, feels, desires, relates, acts, holds, gives, chooses and responds to life.

1-on-1 sessions

In these private sessions, we work directly with your inner world to train your nafs and deepen your connection to what matters most to you.

Each 50‑minute meeting is designed for you and may include:

  • Reading your natal chart as a map of your soul’s patterns

  • Using recitations and Sufi practices to steady the heart

  • Reading and learning from the Qur'an and other Sufi texts

  • Gentle guidance to notice the development of your nafs

  • Exploring your dreams and their symbols

We decide together how often to meet (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and for how long, depending on your pace and the depth of work you want to do.

Group Sessions

In these intimate small-group sessions, we train the nafs together. Groups are kept intentionally small to protect privacy, create trust, and allow for meaningful depth in the work. Each session lasts 2 hours and takes place every two weeks.

Sessions may include:

  • Reading natal charts as maps of the nafs patterns

  • Using recitations and Sufi practices

  • Reading and learning from the Qur’an and other Sufi texts

  • Gentle guidance to notice the development of the nafs

  • Shared reflection, with space for each person’s individual process

  • Exploring dreams and their symbols

The group offers both personal attention and the quiet support of learning alongside others.
